Coffee by the Roast Redux

Coffee by the Roast is a company that treated me well from the moment I first contacted them. They sent me some of the best coffee I ever tried. I looked through their catalog and made more requests and they sent me those coffees as well. Although it has been a long time since I had their coffee in my life, the memory of it lingers, which is why I wanted to write about them again.

I love coffee companies that go for both quantity and quality. I know for a fact that I could put pictures of all their various blends on a cork board and throw a dart at them while blindfolded. The picture of the blend on which my dart would land would be amazing. It doesn’t matter which blend it was. It would be excellent. You can’t go wrong with a company whose dedication to excellence ensures that their customers will be able to select one of their products without having to worry that they will get something inferior in return.

The best part about each bag of coffee you order from Coffee by the Roast is that they roast them when you order them. You know that they’re going to be fresh because you’re not dealing with a dusty bag that has been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. You are experiencing exactly what their master craftsman wanted you to experience. Coffee at its best, roasted to perfection, and ready to knock your socks off from the moment you brew the first pot.

Although it has been a long time since we corresponded, I’m happy to call the good folks at Coffee by the Roast my friends. If I were to write to them today, they would get back to me in a hurry and it would be like we never stopped talking. I’m a huge fan of companies that approach their interactions with the public that way. They know that their customers are where their bread is buttered and they pride themselves on fostering productive relationships with each and every person with which they come into contact.
