Let’s Drag Starbucks
I know. I get it. You’re sitting there wondering why I would do something so outrageous as to drag a coffee chain that has been the target of scorn from all parts of society for an untold number of years. The beauty of that is this blog is the place where I dispense all varieties of nonsense in the hopes of getting these silly thoughts out of my brain. This particular entry is one of those times where I’m putting something out there that might not benefit anyone other than me. That’s the beauty of it. I’m not saying I’m giving anything other than my all to putting this article together. The exact opposite is the truth. I give my all to everything I write regardless of the nature of the content. Without further adieu, let’s drag Starbucks.
My main grievance with Starbucks comes from the inconsistent quality of their drinks and substandard customer service. I’ve been to many locations in my area and beyond and the experience has always been the same. The people who are working there have no interest in doing anything other than taking your order as quickly and robotically as possible and move onto the next customer. I understand that this is the case because they often have a lot of customers and need to serve all of them. Being busy is not a good reason to treat customers as though they are a nuisance and not an asset.
